I dont like the smell of sweat and the possibility of getting ringworms and stinkmaxxing next to those gymcel motherfuckers.

Can i get a decent and lean body at home with basic trainings?
Also im not fat

i mean u can just stick to calisthenics and u will have a decent and lean body

What trainings and how much in a week
The basics push ups, sit ups, squats, pull ups will do. Getting leaner all comes down to your diet and also implement cardio. Then if you want you can try doing those fancy calisthenics techniques tricks or go back to the gym its up to you

nigga said DIY, for now do cali , master basics do higher number of reps until you master those moves , after that you do weighted cali , best for muscle growth ( regarding calisthenics)
