Can I completely stop benching?

I want to focus on delts and arms don’t care about having man boobs. I want to focus on the overhead press and therefore don’t want to add risk of injury by benching as well. Should I completely remove benching from my routine and subsistute with incline press?

yes you can completely do away with the flat benchpress instead replace it with the pec deck machine and incline dumbbell press

Yes I only did incline depress for chest and that’s it for a long time

But also nobody needs overhead press.
Do lateral raises, lateral raises and lateral raises for your side delts
Don't get it for what people do overhead pressee

Theoretically it makes sense, but every guy with noticeably big delts shoulder presses.

I’ve never seen someone who only does lateral raises with impressive delts.
 
you dont have to do overhead press its riskier than dumbbell shoulder press with no additional benefit

And of course you also need an exercise for front and back delts too.

Maybe, but it doesn’t seem like a coincidence that guys like Kinobody and Martin Berkhan who have very impressive delts natty both prioritize and have a very strong OHP.

Progressive overload is essential for gaining muscle as a natty, and you really cant consistently do that with laterals but you can with OHP or seated shoulder press.

OHP is good for building Mass in every part of the delt. Lateral raises are like a cherry on top to add with mass to the side delts. Bench is an incel lift

Flat bench is overrated yeah, but incline is still a mogger exercise for aesthetics

Incline is good for upper chest and delts so it’s a compliment to OHP

The strongest guys on OHP that I've seen are all bloatmaxxers.
