I'm way too nervous in social situations so i know if i try something like pregab or baclo once and it works i'll definitely be not able to stop myself from spamming it every day even if i consciously know it will build tolerance and addiction
So I was thinking is there a way to cycle it all in a way that makes it build tolerance extremely slow? I asked AI for some info and here's my idea:
Propanolol daily
Pregabalin and Baclofen taken 1-2 times a day, and cycled alternating days (day one 1-2 pregabalins, day 2 1-2 baclofens, day 3 1-2 pregabalins, etc)
Then I would take pregab and baclo 5 days a week (not on weekdays), meaning 2 days recovery, since obviously I don't need them on weekdays unless it's a special occasion like a party or something in which case I would just take phenibut but that would probably be a rare thing
Anyways apparently pregabalin and Baclofen do create cross-dependence (propanolol doesn't and apparently it doesn't cause dependence), but would taking 2 days off a week and alternating it every day make it better?
