I want to make the most of my HGH, sermorelin and aromasin stack so cutting might make things difficult. Is water fasting and reducing sodium enough?

My job is out in the sun all day as i bring carts out to golfers at a country club, but i only work like 2 days a week because we have too many people on the schedule. So ill drink a lot of water like twice per week, if i really needed to i could avoid drinking and just faintmaxx :forcedsmile:

Is this copium? I water fasting enough to debloat my face? Ill upload pics in a minute

ill run 2 miles per day and eat a bit less

If you legit want to lose the maximum amount of fat you can within a given time period without also losing all your muscle and looking like an aids patient, your best bet is to do a protein sparing modified fast.
