Can I dermaroll my eyebrows every other day?

Is every other day too much? I am not getting any results doing twice a week. I am also using castor oil on my eyebrows everyday. I am trying everything to get thicker eyebrows. I fear nothing will really work

i think 1mm but it doesnt really matter at all, i do it like twice a week or so and castor every day

once a week is enough, more is not necessarily better and you may end up doing more damage with this frequency. you just have to be patient, your timeframe for results should be months.

If youre gonna be doing it that often go down to 0.25.
1mm should be once a week max
