Can I drink on Viagra?

Online there is the claim that its dangerous to drink and take viagra, due to blood pressure drops. Anyone here tried them both? Is it really that bad? I have a date with a girl that is pretty attractive, which makes me nervous. So I was thinking about either Lyrica+Viagra or alcohol+viagra.
