everything else is pretty much already done/fine.

the only thing i can think of are roids and surgery but i can't at the moment.

i'm fully softmaxxed without starting just because of genetics, is that literally it?

You can soft max past everything being “fine” could change haircuts work out more change the way you dress get a tan, I’m not saying any of that will bring you to true Adam but there’s still things you can do to boost your confidence and better the way you look if you think it’s over, it’s never over brodie even without surgery
