Can I fix this type of asymmetry without surgery?

I’m scared to show my face on this site so I’m going to include a drawing; it’s badly drawn but right side jawline is slightly shorter and a different angle than left side, chin is slightly slanted, my right jawline ends a bit early so it looks like it’s lower. Im 15 and I’ve had bad posture for a while and I’m trying to fix it and I used to sleep on my right side and sleeping on my back now. Is it too late for me now or is there still some time for improvement?

Brutal. Giga thin narrow lips, half of face does not exist, long skinny neck, triangle nose (and wide too)

Don't cry because it's over, cry because it never even began.
Lips and nose are just there to kind of show proportions and idk how to draw the rest of the face

He needs to fix his teeth and get implants on one side although I doubt anyone would perform on him apart from Giant

Whats ginger jawline
I am joking bud. You should see a maxillofacial surgeon. And consult a doctor eho does jaw implants.

Is there any way to improve this without surgery? I’m not looking for perfect symmetry I just want to decrease the asymmetry so it’s less noticable

sleeping on your back isnt going to magically fix your jaw

probaly have bruxism on only one side of your jaw, masster botox on the swollen side

Well theoritically uneven masseter hypertrophy could be the cause so you could look into chewing on one side so you could try chewing on the other side

What does uneven masseter hypertrophy mean? To fix that, would I be chewing on the side with the larger mascheter or the smaller one?

No, likely because of uneven masseter hypertrophy, the side he chewed on primarily is likely swollen and bloated looking, the solution is botox, unless he wants to be uhh double swollen and bloated. It's likely impossible to even out his jaw that way as well, as that's from 14+ years of chewing on one side.

I don’t think I am swollen and bloated looking on the side I chew more on and I’m pretty sure it’s just face fat. The right side does have a tiny bit more bloat though. Is Botox the only way?

Botox will significantly hamper or stop the activity of the muscle so yes

Btw I’m pretty sure this is a more recent issue. I was pretty symmetrical around 5-6 years back and it could be due to chewing gum on one side only for the last 1-3 years (not sure) I don’t have any picture inbetween to make sure though

I am not saying this is 100% the case, but just a possibility

Is Botox still the only way? Can I not just train the jaw muscle on the other side until they’re pretty equal?
It would take a long time and the results are not guranteed to be desirable. Here is another study

How long could it take? The difference between both sides is around 2-3 mm. I’m really to avoid surgeries implants and injections and those type of things. My face slightly narrow and kind of oval shaped so this could help me a little

That drastic of a change is impossible without years. Measure it again. 3mm is a lot

How do I measure it? The first measurement was just a rough estimate. The jaw angle is higher on the left but they seem to be the same width

You could use Photopea to measure from middle of the lip
