You can get around 1 inch natty if you are average weight but around 1.5 to 2 inch if you are literally a skeleton and low bodyfat

Only biceps
fuckkk biceps they look gay like a tumor in your arm. only time i ever did bicep is for rowing exercises

BUT TO TRULY SHOULDERMAXX, YOU HAVE TO USE ROIDS. IT IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL TRULY GIVE YOU CANNONBALL SHOULDERS.

total but that is only possible if you are a literal skeleton like 115 lbs or so and gain 40+ pounds of fat plus muscle i am guessing

if youre kyphotic you can gain width by correcting it with posture/back exercises

otherwise youll just get effective width from bigger delts
