Can I get a better eye area?

I put castor oil on my brows and lashes for like 10 months and it gave me minimal growth, started using a lash serum and it grew my lashes, if i had thicker eyebrows and better lashes would it ascend my eye area like crazy or just a bit

not a single molecule of lashes, put minox on
