Is a deviated septum and narrow palate enough to work with to maybe get a free bimax?

Unlikely, narrow palate is addressed with an expander, and deviated septum with septoplasty. If you want free bimax, you usually need either sleep apnea or severe malocclusion

Yeah it’s definitely far fetched but I think it’s still possible especially if I get a septoplasty and it ends up returning to being deviated which I’ve actually heard happens to some people
