when ur body sees that ur eating just enough, it doesnt maximise your full potential of growth factors and sex hormones. when you eat a bit more than you have to, your body sees the extra energy and since your in puberty it takes the opportunity to maximise your growth

holy 47kg is very low. i cant tell u exactly how much to eat, but defo gain weight. start by eating just a bit more then you usually would your stomach would stretch a little and adapt letting you eat more and more every day

why do u need to go to the gym to eat a bit more than u need to? im talking about say ur having dinner and u cba to eat more since your full. eat as much as you can without pain

u dont have to go alot anyway since your young. 1 to 3 times per week would work very well

fair so any advice? i mean cut sugar and sodium and more potassium and water oh and no correlation i started doung some chin tucks
dont cut out sugar and sodium at this age your body still needs it just reduce the intake not cut out. a couple high sugar snacks here and there are good for igf1 and insulin

there's not really much u can do abt ur bone structure bc ur so young but what u can do is fix ur hair by growing it out and using sea salt spray, fix ur eyebags, use monoxidil to grow ur eyebrows, tan (tanning drops, supplements, idc to stay tan year round), and vaseline for ur lips
