Can i get an MSE more than once?

I had an MSE about 2 years ago and my maxillary suture hasn’t closed yet, I go into my orthodontist’s soon, should I claim to have breathing issues / sleep apnea and try to get another MSE?

yeah honestly i don’t think it would be worth it unless i got fillers in the future because my bigonial width would look stupid in comparison if i got another MSE

ive been on mse for like 7 months and my maxilla alr looks visibly wider than my mandible it kinda screwed up my ratios gon get fillers like u
