No- they have to cut your mandible open either way, whether they move it 4mm or 8mm is the same amount of work for then

Oh right- but yeah same applies , my surgeon has a flat price. Some other may vary prices a bit depending on whether you need just soft tissue work or osteomy or both but mines flat price
