Tell your ascention story, I'm 5' 9" 17 and my plan is to gymax then leanmaxx and increase my k2 mk4 dosage for facial bones

I have not ascended thus far, but here is my self-improvement routine:
  1. A three-day fast once in a while to accelerate weight loss;
  2. Eating one meal a day;
  3. Avoiding calorie-rich food as much as possible;
  4. Exercising regularly;
  5. Cold showers for hair and mental strength;
  6. No ejaculation for mental strength, nutrient benefits, and higher testosterone levels;
  7. Drinking about two liters of water a day;
  8. Watching Japanese girls being bullied to reduce stress levels.

I drink more water to build more muscle, what is your reason?

How much do u weigh? Why not lose it slower?

I weigh roughly 70kg at 5'11" (1,80). Why I want to accelerate it is that I am about to move to another city where there is less competition. I might finally have the chance to make it out of inceldom.

Start going to shooting ranges, go ER and try to break the 100 kill barrier.

No, you are right. I should lose it slower and eat proteins in order to reduce muscle loss. That is essentially what I am doing. The three-day fast is a one-off.
