needs bimax and a wider mouth. also your nose is too droopy and your philtrum isn't curved enough (and too long). maybe bimax alone will fix most of these issues for you

yeah ur right i can see anythips that could help ? olso is my maxilla fine ? it looks flat but i do wear glasses so i guess u cant rly tell irl

i dont think my nose is "too droopy" it is but its not that bad lets be honest
