Don't count on it, stretches only help with correcting bad posture so if you have really, really bad posture then sure otherwise no. Not 2 inches at least, lol.

depends on ur posture, if u have bad posture u can atleast go to 5'11

The spine compression you get during the day is maybe 1.5cm (half an inch) at most

The maximal height loss was achieved by 1500 hours when the mean stretched height had decreased by 1.44 cm (unstretched 1.41 cm) from that recorded in the morning.

nope,as soon as you go about your day walking,putting pressure on your spine within 10 mins you will go back to your normal height

Protein is essential for everything (looks wise). Your skin, hair, physique and many many more depend on it.

It seems you can gain from 0.5 inches on average but some claim to have gotten 2 to 3 inches from years of regular streching and spine decompression protocols.

Something to keep in mind is to make peace with your height. It's very unlikely you gain more that 0.5 inches from streching and you'd have to strech like 3-4 times a day to keep that gain.

I myself cope by thinking I'll gain an additional two inches after years of streching because I just can't stop coping (I'm 6'0) . Coping is part of human nature ig.

Not any other side effects that I know of, besides effects on insulin resistance (and therefore igf1) I would maybe wait for sometime in case an minor growth occurs and then use glucosamine, unless you are sure you won’t grow more
