can I grow more after reaching 5ft11/180 cm at 15 years old

At 13 yo I was 168 cm (5ft7) I grew 4 inches to 180 cm (5ft11) at 15 yo, now i'm almost 17 yo and never gain even 1 centimeter/inch, is it truly over or what can I do to enhance my growth even more...even if I stopped gaining height since 2 years from now

If ur height didn’t change 1cm atleast in a year then plates prolly closed or very near closure
