I think i can relate to that yeah when i grew 5cm i was watching ASMR so i could go to sleep like 9pm every day and wake up next day in the morning

Then i went to work and it completely fucked up my sleeping

It's entirely possible that you will grow more after 18.

Just don't loose motivation and nutritionmaxx and sleepmaxx for few more years and enjoy the reward.

The height difference only adds to your height growth

Extreme height difference and same height means kids will be much taller

My dad is 1,75 and my mum is 1,65 so me and my brother were predicted a steady 175 and he is only 171 and i am already 175 but that is the range we are expected to be in
