if you are 5’10 stop worrying about height. if it that big of an issue just wear air forces and slight lifts then you’ll be like 6’1 almost.

i mean it depends, was your grandparents really tall cause that has impact on some people genes. My dad is 6'2 mom is 5'0, though gramps was 6'4 and all my uncles around 6'2 ish. When i was 13 yr old (5'1) all the kids were mostly taller than me but now suddenly in the past year im surpassing most of them lmao im 6 foot at 15 which is decent. Also you MUST play a sport that involves jumping or sprinting that shi gives u a height boost trust me. Playing bbal gives you atleast 2 inches every person i see grows pretty tall of bbal

same thing. i’ve been 5’9 for the last year but barely grew quarter inch during MK cycle but if i fraud with air forces and half
inch lifts i can get to 5’11. then when it’s summer time and i wear sandals for my job it’s not even noticeable difference
