Only if you look good enough for your face to carry you and do all the talking,,, people will be enthralled by your very presence and then you can communicate through facial expressions, flexing ur calf muscles, etc. Otherwise language is needed

The thing is, if you enter a friend group, just cause you are around, EVERYONE has to speak english suddenly just because of you. So no one would let you in there friend groups.
Maybe you could go to language classes and there befriend other foreigners, so yeah.
