I eat well, animal based with fruit and some vegetables that are good.
I’m 15
I want to know if its really bad to have a cheat day every 3-4 weeks where i eat like shit all day then go back to eating healthy.
Just wondering how long sugar and chemicals found in candy and such will affect me.

seed oil inflammation can remain in the body for up to 2 years. just have a cheat meal every 3-4 weeks you'll be fine

Don’t worry about it just keep them fairly healthy and don’t do it all the time 🤟
 
depends on your bodies metabolism if u have a fast metabolism like myself u can eat practically anything u want and not put on a lick of fat. If ur metabolism is slow and u put on weight from bad food quickly, id stray away from eating it regularly. Then again, ur only 15 bro its ok to worry about this stuff but still enjoy life and dont let it consume u entirely

Apart from potential bloat depending on what you eat, it really won’t have any long term effect. Just remember it’s nutritionally void, and won’t help you in any way.
 
It wont effect you. You wont even digest most of the calories or nutritents cause it sounds like ur bingeing. You will be bloated tho for a few days.

Id suggest just eating some stuff you like a couple times a week instead. If 80% of your diet is good and healthy, then its okay if sometimes its not. A couple times a week will have no effect if you have a meal that you crave.

Your fine dude ur 15 you should enjoy food while you can in moderation cuz once you get older your not gonna have the luxury to eat whatever you want bc of slow metabolism and shit (assuming you plan to stay in shape). I have relaspe days once a week where I eat a shit ton and then just debloat my face, my body is so lean it doesn’t take any effect besides facial bloating.

its normal to have cheat meals, but the whole day its like mental illness, just overcome it like a normal person and your cheat day just do a junk food meal and return to your healthy lifestyle, do not cross that line or it will have detrimental effects on your mind

don’t cheat once it’s not even worth it you can have other good tasting stuff like dark chocolate with honey or dates and other stuff lock in
