That means they start you on the basic shit before they graduate you to Accutane.

You've got about 3-4 basic medications to get through before they give you accutane. Usually it's like Benzoyl Peroxide they start with, if acne still present after 12 weeks then they give something like Clindamycin and then wait 12 weeks and then they give oral antibiotics like Doxycycline and wait 12 weeks and then you get your accutane

So if you go through your GP, you got 32+ weeks of waiting at least. most choose to just buy accutane online

In my opinion, you shouldn't play games with acne. Taking ages to get rid of it, going through a bunch of treatments is not good. Because if you leave acne for too long they can develop into acne scars and I don't think they can be removed.

Accutane is like the nuclear treatment. It solves 99% of cases. That's why people revere it so much. Some countries don't have strict prescription requirements for it, so you can just walk into a pharmacy and buy it with no prescription in those countries (turkey, india, think mexico)
