Can i just be straight up with my ortho?

I am looking for an orthodontist rn and now that i think ab it is there anything i need to know before i go as in like, can i just straight up tell em what my goals are aesthetics wise etc. Or is that weird/bad for insurance

Ideally since i have sleep apnea and my insurance covers bimax, it would be sick if i could get the surgery itself covered by my insurance and get the surgery with a surgeon from italy or sum and any additional cosmetic implants (infras,midface,cheek etc) i pay out of my own pocket

it really depends, they may refer you to a useless therapist or in the SLIGHT chance, they will possibly feed into it

Unfortunately most insurance covered bimax are bluepilled

Your healthcare system prolly won’t finance a bimax with a foreigner surgeon.
Find 2-4 surgeons in your country that somewhat promote their aesthetic cases online.
Maybe they’ll mention the ortho who worked on the case. Go to that ortho and mention surgery to fix ur sleep apnea.

Otherwise just go to a random ortho and do the same he’ll most likely accept.
