its been like 2 months i went down from 175 to 150 and stopped going down been eating really well i dont count calories but im 100% im not even eating 1500cals a day and i bearly see any changed other than my hands and waist there is still chub in my belly i cant get rid of so im lowk tired of doing that can i just burn 1k calories everyday so my body dosnet have any more excuses to not get rid of the fat? that would take me like 80 minutes only but im wondering if im gonna have alot of loose skin or dangerous
