Yeah thats what i did, just spam spf and keep a small moisturizer in your pocket and reapply throughout the day

yes u can use it. just do so gently n gradually build up to nightly usage.

sandwich method works best moisturise then apply then moisturise again and gradual build up first 3x a week then every night if your barrier is getting fucked use a balm
