Can I just put down I worked there January 2020-March 2025 since all these retarded ass companies want 5+ years work experience for entry level roles?

No, there is a database run by Equifax called TheWorkNumber that catalogs your employment history. Most employers report to it and any remotely important job will run a background check on you which will include a TWN lookup.
