I've been told that i'm between 18 - 22% bodyfat right now and as you can see I have pretty much no muscle at all.
Instead of waiting weeks to cut down to 10% and start gymcelling then, I want to start now while cutting to 10%
Is this a waste of time? Will I also lose any muscle that I make if I drop my bodyfat% this much or will my complete lack of muscle get me some good noob gains?

I know lol. I'm not looking to be a bodybuilder. I just don't want to be a complete twink and I want to start gymcelling now but I don't want to waste time either if i'll lose all the muscle I make by cutting.

I'm 186 cm at 79 kg and 9% body fat and I still feel I should be bigger

You can cut with a 0.7% deficient of calorie expenditure and still get muscle gains but only as a noob

I did this when 17 for under a year and looked imo good

If your maintaince calorie intake is 2000 calories

You can cut at 1860 calories a day
With this number fat loss wont be fast but you will gain muscle at the same time

Thanks. At this rate how long should it take to get to 10% if i'm 18% now?
I'll probably just skip a meal a day. I won't have supper or something.

why so many people say they dont want to be like a bodybuilder like its easy to look like one
dont worry, it takes years of lifting with good diet and good genetics to get there and still you wont look as much as a freak like rich piana

What I meant is that I know I don't have the genetics for it, which is sad because both my parents are high T.

The time it will take depends on current weight

One pound is burned for a deficient of 3500 calories roughly

So if your daily deficient is 500 calories you will lose a pound a week

Depends on your current calorie maintaince level
Just search for tdee calorie calculator to get an estimate

probably could, but i'd highly reccomend lean bulking. Better muscle gain, better recovery. Stop worrying about being lean right now.

I want to see what my face really looks like. I don't want it to be bloated for any time in my prime.

If I were you, I would just run LGD and maybe cut later.

If you lose mass you will look even smaller

I'd say you are around 18-20% right now

You bulk if you want to increase your strength at the cost of body fat. You will look bigger

Just stop when you feel that you are big enough

Just Proteine maxx.
And cutt carbs.
Muscles will gains, and fat will drop.

Not experienced in that field man, I've never been cutting

I didn't get bloated at all when I was bulking
