I've been told that i'm between 18 - 22% bodyfat right now and as you can see I have pretty much no muscle at all.
Instead of waiting weeks to cut down to 10% and start gymcelling then, I want to start now while cutting to 10%
Is this a waste of time? Will I also lose any muscle that I make if I drop my bodyfat% this much or will my complete lack of muscle get me some good noob gains?
