depending on who you are you can still grow to up to like 18-20

your plates dont automatically close at 18, its different for everybody

uhh yeah seems like you can grow 2 inches in a year, thats the standard amount a person will grow during puberty each year.

Def Possible U Dont Even Need To Heightmaxx I Grew 3 Inches From 16-18 And I Have Short Parents
If U Did Have A Good Regiment Tho U Could Definitely Get More Growth In Like 4 Yrs

lifestyle makes a lot like sleep and diet. im 6'1 and my mom is ~5'3/5'4 and my dad is 5'8 but but i was alr 5'10 6'0 at 16 if you think you get a growth spurt its not over but if you alr had one then 5'10 is hard to reach within a year

what do u men with growth spurt? like for example I never grew more than 1.5-2.5 inches max per year since I entered puberty at like 5' approximately at 11 and I am now 5'9 at 17

if you suddenly start to grow a lot so i was really small with 15 and started to grow really fast at 16 since puberty hit hard then i grew 5 to 6 inches in a year thats what i mean like with a growth spurt so you have a low chance to also get one but like i said you need to maxout diet and sleep and dont suffer in vitamins amino acids or minerals etc since this can affect growth a lot
