Yeah decreasing sun exposure will make you more pale. But it must be done over a long period of time like years.

Bleach your skin and stay out of the sun, that is my protocol as well. If you have to go outside put on copius amount of sunscreen, wear hats and anti-uv sunglasses to defend from the sun.
