İn our country(Turkey) nose job is approximately 1.600 dolar ım gonna have 15.000 dollars when ı pass 22 the doctor that ı talk with said the jaw reshaping surgery is costs 4.000 dollars what can ı do can ı pay my surgeries with 15.000 dollars my mom gonna pay nose job so ım gonna have 15.000 dollar saving which surgeries can ı do with that money

Turkey has some good plastic surgeons, you should try talking to people on turkish forums or groups about jaw surgery, unfortunately I can't help with that
