I wouldn't use retin-a tbh
I don't think it would cause a lot of improvements, also tretinoin reaches up to 2in around from the area that you applied, dunno what it could cause to your balls/sperms on the long run. I only apply Vit C because it's know for making sperms better

Vit C
Hyaluronic Acid
Niacinamide
you probably can use the HA and Niacinamide on the glans without any risk I assume, it will help hydrate and give better texture and pigmentation, especially if you're cut
