Ofc Salludon is looking good, definietly chad but he was really lucky to have base like that. He didnt need much, few minor improvements made a huge change, especially eye area. There are just very few people blessed with good base so they can make huge jumps, 99.9% of people will struggle.

for example if u have hunter eyes compact midface and ur failos are nose jaw cheekbones etc they can all be fixed

if not you cant reach 7psl let alone psl 6 if u have a long face

so in that way psl 7 and up is born not made

Physiqal ( health)
You can reach this by eating good macro's , getting enough sleep, enough sun, workout , drink many water, train in the gym(!) , lower stress levels, and avoid processed products.

This only, ^ will pushing everybody above on the schale. Your potential will come out.


Mental ( health)


1 Lower stress levels => better life and more testosterone => more attractive
2 Write down your painfull thoughts, it will clean up your mind
3 Live your life with passion, it gives your energy, and if thats not enough it will make you look so much more energetic because not all your energy is gone as a result of a life without passion.




Second important things (more simple to do / routines)

(!) Get a tan ( la mer selftan)
(!) Drop bodyfat ( very important)
(!) Be good for your skin, take care of it.
(!) Get a good haircut
(!) Look ' rich'
(!) Take care of yourself
