Minoxidil, castor oil, rosemary oil, dermastamp, ice, volufiline on eyelids for few months and wait til they are darker + you have everything to trim them so they look positive tilted, you just lack thickness

You can also squint 24/7 but they choice is yours you can surgeries if you desire
