Can I regrow thinning temples on finasteride

The hair on my temples hasnt completely disappeared, it just got very miniaturized and thin. Can fin alone save the hair and make them terminal or will I have to take minoxidil? I had a perfect norwood 0 about 2 years ago and Im praying I caught it early enough to reverse on fin alone

fin may regrow it but temple hair is usually so sensitive to DHT that it may not be enough (in comparison to dut)

minoxidil will definitely add thickness tho

highly depends on how far gone we're talking.

Finasteride is best at keeping hair, not so great at stimulating re-growth.

Your best option will be a finasteride-minoxidil combination treatment.

However, if a hair follicle has reached a certain point of minituarisation, no medical intervention can bring it back to its former glory.
