Can I run Test/Hgh with Fibrous dysplasia

I’m 16 - 5,7 think about running Hgh or Test. I have a rare genetic facial condition that has bone growth in my face. I’m getting surgery to remove it after my growth plates close. Do I just say fuck it and if I die 6 foot from this condition or do I wait until my growth plates close and risk being under 5,11 for the rest of my life.
