Can i save my frame with gymmaxxing?

I have about 22-22.5 inch bidelt but im 6'5 so its apparently narrow

And in some clothes i look narrow in mirror

Can gymmaxxing save my frame? Is it possible to gain 1.5 inches or more of bidelt width while natty?

1-2 inches of natural growth in the bidelt area is possible with hard work. Searching through this forum, and some reddit posts, as well as old bodybuilder.com stuff, natural growth from half an inch to a full inch can occur in a year. Heavy lifting changes your frame in ways that you can't believe are possible until you see the progress yourself. It's the greatest softmaxx there is.

Yes bro but just send it based on your description it’s not that bad, plus I’ll be able to tell if it’s 22 as mine is 23 with measurement

The younger you start, the better, but the change in hormones from heavy lifting can happen at any age.

There are many programs out there, and I should tell you now that 6-8 reps and failure are mutually exclusive terms, like you either do 6-8 reps or you go to failure. A lot of beginners like the 5x5 Starting Strength program, which is, as its namesake, a good place to start.
Don't get discouraged! You're very tall, and it will take more time than usual to fill out your frame. This is normal.
