Don't think i've ever really seen regrowth with fin on the hairline except in extreme rare cases (usually very young patients which I'm assuming you are). Also risk breaking your dick and stuff

Transplant is good of course. One side looks more recessed than the other. Maybe style it in a modern side part to expose the better side and hide the other side more

It's not that bad, though. Not at the point where it will get you rejected if she likes teh rest of your face
