How often can I use Vit D3 Supplements with 5000 I.U.. It says to use 1x every 5 Days. Is it useful to spam it every 2-3 days?

10K IU is optimal everyday anything more than that can lead to calcification of blood vessels if without paired with k2.

Yeah but would recommend pair with k2 also considering you are deficient and don't go outside ( optimal in a sense highest limit )
Would recommend 8k to 10k a day tho
