1. You should start cutting at 20% so starting trt while cutting would simply be a waste.
2. After a diet, the body is in a situation where it responds better to anabolic stimuli. Therefore, after dieting, testosterone is more beneficial to maximize muscle gain when the caloric surplus is restored and conditions for muscle growth are optimal.
3. After a period of fat loss and calorie deficit, the body is often in a good state to respond to the anabolic effect of testosterone, which can lead to faster and more effective muscle building.
4. it’s easier to measure how well u respond to steroids, because it’s easier to see how much Lean muscle mass u gained, if u cut again (for example u start at 10% bf and 70kg start steroids and bulk, get to 20% bf, cut to 10% bf again and now weight 90kg =20kg lean muscle mass)
Also it’s a „rule“ in bodybuilding to bulk to 20% bf and cut to 10% bf and repeat that progress (ideal if it works out)
