I’ve been water fasting and working out for a few weeks

no when i was starvemaxxing and working out tho i ate good i lost muscle. but i am experienced ex-gymcell so i was able to rebuild my body in like 1/2 months and gain 8kg

water fasting? are we retarded? if you're trying to grow muscle you need to be eating enough protein to stimulate the growth. if you're fasting you're literally just in the gym for no reason at all

So do u recommend eating at mainstance or higher in peds?
Depends on your goals

But don’t expect to build any meaningful amount of muscle unless you’re in at least a mild, consistent surplus

My goal is tobe 10% and look like jon skywalker
 
Of course not. Just stay in a 500-1000 kcal deficit with 120-180 grams of protein, and then you'll still build muscle while getting leaner. But not as fast as eating at maintenance or bulking, of course.
 
I mean the surplus should be 500 ish tops regardless lol
Bet i thought from what i heard waa that tren gained u muacle even in a deficit

But there’s a reason all bodybuilders either cut or bulk.

They maintain too, sometimes, but it’s not for body composition.

No not at all. Your body needs proteins and fats to recover. You’ll have no energy to even work out. Even on peds it would be pushing it and super unsafe
