Hello all. 21 male 5’7 110lb. I was born with a condition named microcephaly (my-kroh-SEF-uh-lee) because my mother drank during pregnancy. If you don’t know what microcephaly is, I’ll let its name and indicative features speak for themselves:

I don’t have the severe type as shown in some subjects from the IRL examples here yet I’d say the severity of my condition goes beyond what would be considered the ‘normal’ threshold. I am now a senior in high school and have never seen a normal classroom or interacted with neurotypical children in my life. I have only ever been in special ed classes yet I despise both the classes themselves and my retarded classmates due to their uncommunicativeness.

My head is obviously small as shown in the pics yet my stature remains normal (most people with this condition turn out shorter) though my cognitive ability is still affected. In case you’re wondering about how I post on here with my condition; I don’t (not completely) I use voice dictation and AI to write and autocorrect to annotate my threads as I am completely unable to use a keyboard.

Can I still expect to ascend ever in my life? If required I will answer questions related to my condition but I’m not inclined to post my head or its size/shape. Thanks

To give you some actual advice, there's no way to tell if you can "ascend" without further information. You said that your skull shape from the condition isn't severe but goes beyond what would be considered the normal, but I don't think there's any surgeries that would address an underdeveloped parietal bone either way.

You are unable to use a keyboard normally but you still made the effort to proofread your post and layout your thoughts in a logical manner, which shows more initiative than the average neurotypical greycel tiktok kid that shits up this forum. I'm not being patronizing when I say that this is a good character trait to have, it will get you much further than the people who just come here to shitpost and rot.

If you have jaw deformities that you can argue are comorbid with your condition, you could probably get them covered by insurance. It would entirely depend on your plan of course but it seems like insurance companies are much more likely to cover "hardmax" surgeries that are caused by congenital development issues.

You should also look through the Best of the Best threads and add whatever softmaxes you think would benefit you https://looksmax.org/forums/best-of-the-best.9/ . It sounds like you're already at a healthy weight so you're already ahead of most people. The "best" softmaxes in my opinion are getting to a low bf%, a cycle of accutane, topical tretinoin 2-3 times a week, minoxidil to thicken eyebrows if they are thin, and daily tinted sunscreen use.

I think cranioplasty is a very good method for him, like implants, Dr. Eppley is a specialized in the niche surgery category, he does specific surgery and cases, he did a brachycephaly implant, I think he can do a microcephaly one too.
