can i still get cosmetic bimax after getting medical bimax

im 15 and have to get bimax done for a rare medical issue involving bone development and airway issues, im not sure it would turn out as well aesthetically (since its for medical reasons) compared to if raffaini did it in italy. would i be able to get it redone in the future?
