can I still grow? realistically

I'm almost 18 and took an x-ray and saw that they are still open, my growth plates took a break for like 1 1/2 years. I am 6'0, my dad and mom are both 5'10, my grandpa from moms side was 6'6. So how much can I still grow realistically?
