Different ephyseal plates seal at different points during your development it could be possible the your clavicle's growth plates haven't sealed off yet that usually happens at like 25, if you did test and hgh maybe you could get wider.

You can: I'm heightmaxxing at 25... Was 1.82 during the day and 1.84 morning height, now 1.83,5 during the day and 1.85,5 after 2 weeks of stretching for at least 3 hours/day... My posture didn't get any better yet and I still have a 4-curve Scoliosis and a big Dowager's Hump, all the gains came from stretching shortened and stiff muscles... Given my wingspan of 203cm (from the back like they do in UFC/NBA) and 195cm from the front, I suspect I could achieve 1.88cm during the day and 1.90cm morning height, or even more...

I stopped stretching because I got ill with fever and a flu but I'm coming back when I get better.
