You're in the prime time to benefit from the stack, and as your IGF levels are naturally very high right now, I'd say your chances of growing are 90%. I'd drop the MK personally; it elevates your blood glucose like nobody's business and only raises IGF by 100 points or so from what I've seen. Not really worth it. If anything, aromasin is a must and GH if possible. Can't speak on peptides.
