Can I take mk677 while on accutane?

taking mk677 to gain weight as I’m underweight but I’m starting accutane soon was wondering if the two will be liver toxic together or people are just fear mongering me.

accutane is 30mg and the MK is 12.5mg 5days on 2days off. I’m getting bloods done tomorrow. If anything I’ll just run the accutane solo.
