Can i Take my Multivitamins and Ashwagandha While fasting for Hgh/heightmaxxing and Leanmaxxing/debloating?

Is it better to take them or not take them while Fasting for Hgh/heightmaxx and leanmax/debloating

not while fasting. Also don't take multivitamins their shit. ill give you 4 reasons
1. shit quality, they usually have a shitton of ingredients that will bloat tf outta you and most of the nutrients are bioavaliable in the supplement.
2. Different supplemnts have to be taken at different times, you need to do your own research for each supplement.
3. There are fat and water solubble supplemnts that need to be taken differently. Do your research for each supplement. Most cannot be taken at the same time or way but the companies mix up al the supplements together cause the public is low IQ. You have to take some supplents fasted and some with food, but if you take it all at the same time your not getting all the vitamins and shi.
4. They use the shit version for each supplement. Ex. for magnesium, they use magnesium oxide or citrate which is shit for your gut and bloats tf outta you. THey don't use high quality magneiusm like glycinate or theronate.

Yeah. You don’t need every single vitamin. Just get the ones that are not very bio available in foods, like boron, zinc, magnesium, vitamin e, vitamin d if there’s no sun, l carnitine,
