Absolute 0 zero to take test at 14, you haven't even gone through puberty yet, probably haven't even started hitting the gym yet. Lifting weights and eating right and sunlight exposure plus a few other little things and some supplements should make your test fine. But regardless you don't need to worry about your fucking test at age 14
