Can I train abs the next day again if I'm still sore?

I trained them yesterday and I feel sore, but I want to train them again today.
Do I train them or just do other muscle groups and avoid abs?

it "resets" every 36-48 hours, if u want to maximize any muscle growth train it eod/2-3x frequency per week and eat enough protein

Mh, people say it's a small muscle group and recovery is fast so I can train abs everyday.

yeah, train it eod or 2/3x per week with at least 1 rest day between

No nigga. Never train the same muscle without atleast one rest day
